I chose this picture of my sister at the Bay Lands while she was searching for bones. She is an Anthropology Forensic major. This photo has meaning to her and I because this is when she first discovered that that is the field she wanted to go into.
The golden tones in this photo give it a rather nostalgic feel and seem to bring out the enthusiasm in her eyes
Lovely realization of the meaning of a photo when it captures the powerful “firsts” in life – when your sister realizes what she wants to do as a career coming from a pleasant walk in the Baylands. Art especially seeks to frame and celebrate these significant moments in out r lives.
