After observing this picture very carefully, I realized that turtles are pretty similar to humans. They feel emotions, and although they don’t have facial expressions the way we do, they still show how they feel. This turtle is happy and excited to eat her meal, just as humans tend to be.
The longer I look at this photograph, the more I can almost see a human face in the turtle’s. You’re right, you can definitely see the excitement in this turtle’s face.
I think it’s awesome how the photo below the turtle’s face looks very similar to the statue of the man in the photo below it. I would guess that the photos on Liberating Lens are coordinated by submission date, but the placement of these two seems so deliberate, and funny!
The point of view for this photo is really interesting and reveals a lot about the turtle kind of adding a funny feeling. It is a very interesting and well taken photo.
I think this is an amazing photograph because it creates humor. I love the proportion were the head is up in the camera.
